Atlantic Biologicals Diagnostics Distributes New In-Vitro Diagnostic Products for Clinical Chemistry and Hematology in the U.S.
MIAMI, FLORIDA October 16, 2009 -- Atlantic Biologicals Diagnostics, LLC, (“ABD”) a national and wholesale distributor of clinical and research laboratory diagnostic products, announced that it has commenced the sale and distribution of clinical chemistry and hematology instrumentation manufactured by Mindray Medical International Limited (NYSE:MR).
The primary in-vitro diagnostic products include the BS-200 Auto Chemistry Analyzer and the BC-3200 Auto Hematology Analyzer.
The BS-200 Auto Chemistry Analyzer is automated, discrete, and provides random access STAT sample priority. It can perform 200 tests per hour, or up to 330 tests per hour with an optional ISE module. It allows for up to 40 positions for samples and reagents respectively, automatic probe cleaning, liquid level detection and collision protection.
The BC-3200 Auto Hematology Analyzer is a closed tube sampling unit with a 4 position tube holder, micro-sampling technology, 3-part differential, and processes up to 60 samples per hour. With it’s flexibility, high reliability, safety, powerful information management system and easy operation, it makes an ideal choice for the lab.
The target market for the BS-200 Auto Chemistry Analyzer and the BC-3200 Auto Hematology Analyzer will include distribution to hospitals, independent labs, physician’s offices, and specialty clinics.
