MIAMI, FLORIDA October 16, 2009 -- Atlantic Biologicals Diagnostics, LLC, (“ABD”) a national and wholesale distributor of clinical and research laboratory diagnostic products, announced that it is introducing the BC-5300Vet, a diagnostic product manufactured by Mindray Medical International Limited (NYSE:MR), for the veterinary market for the first time in the United States.

The BC-5300Vet is a state-of-the-art diagnostic product for veterinary laboratories that require 5-part white blood cell differentiation.  With advanced laser scatter method differential to ensure unprecedented accuracy, micro-sampling technology, and 1-minute cycling time on board, the BC-5300Vet brings test quality, accuracy and efficiency to a new level.

Atlantic Biologicals Diagnostics’ veterinary diagnostic product line also includes the BC-2800Vet Auto Hematology Analyzer. 

The distribution for the BC-2800Vet and the BC-5300Vet for the veterinary market will target small and mixed veterinary practices, emergency and specialty clinics in the U.S. All products are available for purchase directly from Atlantic Biologicals Diagnostics.
